Delegate Phillips moved to amend the committee amendment (SB897 H GO AM #1) to Senate Bill 897 on page 3, section 4, line 6, immediately after the words “as of” by striking out the words “December 31, 2026” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “July 1, 2027”;

And,

On page 4, section 6, in the section heading, immediately after the words “prior to” by striking out the words “December 31, 2026” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “July 1, 2027”;

And,

On page 4, section 6, line 2, immediately after the words “prior to” by striking out the words “December 31, 2026” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “July 1, 2027”;

And,

On page 5, section 12, line 3, immediately after the word “before” by striking out the words “December 31, 2026” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “July 1, 2027”;

And,

On page 5, section 13, line 3, immediately after the word “before” by striking out the words “December 31, 2026” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “July 1, 2027”;

And,

On page 6, section 14, line 2, immediately after the word “before” by striking out the words “December 31, 2026” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “July 1, 2027”;

And,

On page 6, section 14, line 5, immediately after the words “later than” by striking out the words “December 31, 2026” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “July 1, 2027”;

And,

On page 7, section 20, line 1, immediately after the words “are, on” by striking out the words “July 1, 2026” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “July 1, 2027”;

And,

On page 9, section 23, line 25, immediately after the period following the word “article” by beginning a new paragraph and inserting a new section heading and section, to read as follows:

Ҥ16-67-24. Implementation Date.

The Bureau for Behavioral Health shall be fully able to administer the program set forth in this article and effectuate all of its provisions by no later than July 1, 2027.”
